Comfortable, spacious apartment with all modern conveniences. Open plan living, self contained kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooktop, private courtyard with BBQ. Lounge has large 50" flat screen TV (hard-drive compatible). Main bathroom has a spa bath, Main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a single fold out bed, Bedroom three "the kidzone" has two sets of bunks, a single and a trundle bed with a second 32" TV with built in DVD and the 3rd bathroom. All bedroom have built-in/walk-in robes. Double lock-up garage. Gas and electric heating throughout. Full laundry facilities with front loading washing machine and dryer. Additional rollaway bed provided that can be added to any room. This property also has a heated ski-boot dryer located in the garage for guest use.
