This well-equipped centrally located town house is a perfect property for a Jindabyne holiday.
With three generous bedrooms on the first level, two bathrooms one an ensuite off the main bedroom as well as a full size separate laundry.

On the top level there is a north facing large living area with lake and mountain views opening onto a balcony where the BBQ is located. The living space is split into 2 areas one with a 64-inch tv and 2 lounges the other ideal for games, reading and relaxing. The kitchen is modern, spacious well-appointed ideal for home cooking after a big day out adventuring in the mountains. The dining room is located close to the kitchen with an eight-seat dining table. The upstairs level also has a third toilet for the property. The property has WIFI throughout and there is an office nook on the top-level ideal for charging devices or to do some work or study if required whilst on holiday.

The ground floor level comprises a foyer area with hanging space. There is a double lock up garage and a storage room/ workshop located at the rear of the garage ideal for storing skis, boards, and bikes.
